Bond repayments begin once the property is registered in your name, which takes place after construction is completed and the transfer process is finalised.


Bond registration costs are payable at the time of bond registration, once the development is complete and transfer begins.


There are no hidden costs. All prices are VAT-inclusive, meaning no transfer duty applies. However, purchasers should plan for transfer and bond registration fees (where applicable), occupational interest (if occupying before transfer, as outlined in your sale agreement), and municipal rates, taxes, and Body Corporate levies post-transfer.


Yes, The Enclave is pet-friendly, subject to Body Corporate approval.


Levies at The Enclave contribute to the management, maintenance, and security of the development. This includes building insurance (excluding contents), security and access control, communal water and electricity, refuse removal, cleaning and landscaping of shared areas, general repairs and maintenance, administration and management by the Body Corporate, and CSOS reserve fund contributions.


Each unit is equipped with its own prepaid electricity and separately metered water system, ensuring fair and accurate billing.

Each unit includes one parking bay in the purchase price, with three bedrooms having two parking bays.


Occupation is possible once the occupation certificate is issued and transfer is finalised. From this point, you can either move in or lease your apartment.


Buying off-plan at The Enclave allows you to avoid transfer duty (saving hundreds of thousands of rand), secure today's prices ahead of expected market growth, benefit from new build warranties and developer guarantees, and customise select finishes (depending on the stage of construction).


Reserve your unit online at launch via The Enclave's online price list. An agent will contact you to confirm and send through the sale agreement. Sign and return the agreement, pay your deposit to the transferring attorney, and apply for finance through BetterBond or your preferred bank. Once bond approval or proof of funds is secured, your purchase is confirmed.


A R10,000 reservation fee secures your unit (refundable only if bond finance is declined). A 10% deposit is payable within 7 calendar days of signature by the developer. The balance of the purchase price must be secured within 30 days through bond approval, full cash payment, or bank guarantee.
