Once bond approval or proof of funds is secured, your purchase is confirmed.
A R10,000 reservation fee secures your unit (refundable only if bond finance is declined). A 10% deposit is payable within 7 calendar days of signature by the developer. The balance of the purchase price must be secured within 30 days through bond approval, full cash payment, or bank guarantee.
